A unique approach to the coveted 3 transistor fuzz that had Page, Beck and Ronson blowing some minds in the late 60's.
The simple controls, volume on the left and gain on the right, let you dial in that early MKII fuzztone with a raw nature and prominent midrange voice plus heavier muff style tones with thick compression thanks to the pedal's generous amount of gain.
The Bonetender's stable circuit is responsive to changes you make on your guitar, you can take it down to a slight bluesy breakup and then let it rip with thick, singing sustain by turning your guitar's volume knob. Plus, the high amount of output available can push your amp further into tube shaking overdrive. And just like all Lovepedal designs, the Bonetender is handmade in the USA and uses true bypass switching.
Set the gain around 10 o’clock and will give you a creamy boost, vintage Maestro FZ-1 territory around 2 and Big Muff tidal wave with it cranked! Sonically, it’s a tidal wave of sustain while remaining, tight, focused and very articulate. It pays tribute to the legendary riffage of Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck and Mick Ronson to name a few.
